Incorrect Addresses

Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
Returns

You can return your journal if:

Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
We will process your refund to your original payment method.
